Do you see how they treated Kobe Bryant? He raped a waomn and committed adultery, but he is still a star and nobody even mentions what he was accused of. They notified the girl and said let's drop the charges and we'll give you $5 million. But Phelps is caught with a bong and he has to apologize all over himself.
