My best recommendation is to wet your hair and apply conditioner before swimming (under your cap). Once you put on your cap it is like a deep conditioning and seems to protect your hair from the chlorine. It is also much easier to comb through and makes your hair less brittle. Try it and you will feel the difference immediately! What you wash with after doesn't seem too important as long as it is a good quality shampoo/conditioner! Good luck! |
