Can anyone give me any tips on how to lower my time?? I need to ASAP! I have a big meet comin' up. Sooo anything will be helpful..:) |

limit breathing [to 2 or 3 breaths!?] flipturn should be smooth along w/ the start. kick WITH EVERY LAST BIT OF ENERGY! if you do all that then you should drop time

sounds crazyy but try not breathing at all. i dropped like 2 sec doing that |

all these ppl are right, i breathe once down, once back. get a nice start and kick hard but make sure yur feet are in the water a little or u wont go as fast as u could. also keep your eyes on the bottom line. and have a good turn and finish. i dropped 3 seconds :) 33 to 30 but its almost 29 hope it helps<3 |

do a couple super fast kicks off the turn n start. n try n do a no breather. its not like nybody at the pool is gonna let u drown
